Triggered when a workflow run expires after a period of inactivity.

Event Type

workflow_run.expired

Description

This event fires when a workflow run has gone without activity for longer than its workflow’s expiry setting. Activity is any message sent to or received from the lead, the lead uploading a document, calling in, or using the portal, a manual update, or checklist progress. Expiry is configured per workflow in the Monumint app, only applies to checklist workflows, and only applies to ACTIVE runs. Paused runs never expire. An expired run comes back as ACTIVE on its own when the lead replies, calls, or opens the portal, and a workspace user can reactivate it from the Monumint app. Either way a workflow_run.resumed event follows.
